With over 12 years of experience in logistics, spanning carrier operations, expanding freight exchange solutions, and helping some of the biggest names succeed in the freight forwarding business across sea, road, and air, including customs, I’ve realized that logistics can and should be treated as a process of continuous improvement on multiple levels.
 

Logistic solution providers often chase clients in slow markets, while cargo owners must piece together solutions across multiple channels. This process can be exhausting, uncertain, and risky, as even small changes can affect the quality that business partners rely on. It is often prolonged by repetitive meetings on the same topics, involving multiple different providers, which consumes valuable time and energy from decision-makers.
 

That’s why I decided to do things differently.
